Merit Networks Return Policy

We honor all manufacturers warranty on new parts.  Defective parts will be replaced with a new or reconditioned unit (dependant upon which was originally purchased), and the old unit sent to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation.  If it is found that the part had failed to installation or other system components in your machine, we will honor the manufacturers decision as to how they want to handle the situation at that point.

We will refund no less than 80% of the purchase price for parts ordered in error by the customer within 30 days of the original purchase.

All refunds and warranty returns require the customer to contact info@meritnetworks.net for an RA (Return Authorization) before shipping refundable and warranty return items back to us for processing.
